Off to Port Angeles - Where Twilight continues still!

Ok Bella visits Port Angeles several times. It is a very Beautiful town.

Here is the Welcome sign.
This is the movie theatre in town that Bella goes to.

This is the book store that Bella goes shopping at.

Bella Italia is the restaurant that Edward and Bella eat at and we ate there and the food was great!

This is the store that Bella ~ Jessica and Angela go prom dress shopping.

Here we all are standing beside Bella's dresses ~ the blue dress is from Twilight and the green and black dress is from New Moon.

This fountain has no real meaning other then I thought it was very pretty ~ about a 1/2 hour after I took this picture the fountain was shut off because they said the water should not have been that green.
I will have other random pictures later
Until then ~ Bye

La Push Washington - Where Twilight continues

Heading out to La Push Washington ~ to the Quileute Indian reservation.

The Treaty Line is where the Three Rivers Restaurant is. LMAO this is the point that vampires are not allowed to cross.
This is the other side of the treaty line sign.

Thinking about spitting on the ground ~ better think again! well at least in La Push that is ~ if caught it could cost up up to $100.00.

This is one part of the school on the Indian reservation.

This is the other part of the school on the Indian reservation.

The mountains in the background are the mountains that Bella cliff dives off.

First Beach... not really a place to swim but it is so beautiful you should see all the driftwood laying on the beach.

Just another view of the driftwood.

One of the things going on for Bella's birthday was story telling on First Beach by one of the Quileute Indian Elders. His stories were great (well what I got to hear of them).
The story telling continues.

This is Beverly ~ Quileute Bella!! one of the Quileute elders. While I was sitting on a log listening to the stories of the Quileute, Beverly came and asked if it was ok to sit by me and I said sure. We ended up talking the rest of the evening and we exchanged address before we took of back to our hotel. We all love Bev.
That's its for now! Bye

Forks Washington - Where Twilight begins.

On Friday, September 11, 2009 my daughter Bretney and me flew to Seattle Washington where we met up with my friend Britteny LaVariere. From Seattle we drove to the little town of Forks were the Twilight Saga begins.
Here is Brittney, Bretney and me standing in front of the sign.
We went to Tillicum Park for Bella's birthday bash on Saturday September 12, 2009 where they had Bella's truck and Charlies police car sitting.

A view of Bella's truck without anyone standing around it.

Me standing beside Charlie's police car.

Bretney in front of Forks High School. We got to take a tour of the school.

This is a message from Bella scratched into one of the desks.

Here we are in the biology room where Bella and Edward first talk to each other.

This is the note on the notebook beside the microscope.

This was Bella's locker.

Forks Outfitters (Newton's sporting goods) where Bella worked.

City Hall where Charlie worked.

Bretney in front of the Swan's house

Here is a look at the Swan's house.

This is a fountain that sits in front of the Cullen's house.

Here is the Cullen's house. No pictures inside but it was gorgeous!

A note from Esme left on the front porch.

The Hospital where Carlisle Cullen worked.

This is the sign marking his parking spot LOL.

Billy and Jacob Black's house.

This is one of Bella's motorcycles.

Bretney sitting on the rock that she swear's was a mountain cat that she saw in the middle of the night from our hotel room.
Brittney and me sitting on Bretney's cat rock LOL.
That's about it for right now. Bye!

Our first full football game of 2009

Well our first football game was kinda of a bummer. The Heath Football team won 41 - 14 which was good but only after we finished the game the next night!! We made it through the first half and both bands performed their shows. As soon the shows were finished everyone had to move into the school because it was lightning and once lightning is spotted we have to wait 30 minutes before we can continue ~ Well by 10:30pm it was raining and lightning so hard they let us go home and opted to continue the next day.

This is Emma and Jarrod ~ our band director's children. They are so cute.
My color guard girls Back row: Marchel, Katelyn, Kayona, Katie, Elisa and Devin ~ Front row: Mary, Stefanie and Kayla. Great bunch of girls!!

Awww what a good picture of our field commanders! Jacob Connors and Jakk Hoffman. They had done a really great job so far.

Here my girls are dancing to one of the songs the band is playing.

Lorrie and Amanda Mathis. Amanda is our Asst. Band Director ~ she is a senior at Capital University where she is gonna be a band director herself. Amanda does a great job.

Here is Jacob doing his job and doing a great job at it.

Here the band on the field ~ gosh I think we look great! They sounded wonderful! I think Traci was very pleased with how they did.

We played Johnstown and here is a picture of the final score - GO BULLDOGS!!!! we won 50 - 20.
That's it for now!!

My new hair color!!

Ok first I hate pictures of myself ... but I will share a few. Most of my friends know the kind of hair I have ~ Natural curl and VERY thick. Most day's I hate my hair. So in light of Bretney and my trip to Forks Washington in just a few short day's (YAY!! can't wait) I had my hair straightened and colored. This process actually took two weeks because I had to get it straight first then last night I had it colored.
Like I said Natural curl and thick!!

This was after I had it straightened. Where the heck are my glasses?

LOL this was after Heather finished getting all the color on.

And the final product!

And the final picture!! I love my new hair color ~ and you really can't tell by the pictures but she even put highlights in it. She loves to put my hair on the side (I hate it on the side) so depending on how I style my hair will depend on how much of the highlights show. AWESOME!!
That's it for now ~ until next time,
Bye
